Name of Exam: Common Admission Test (CAT)
Purpose: Admission to postgraduate management programs such as MBA, PGDM, and other management courses offered by top B-Schools in India.
Frequency: Conducted once a year.
Mode of Exam: Computer-based test (CBT).
Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
Sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA).
